How contacting me through this website works.
This website is operated by Martin Gago, IČO 56157282, who receives your enquiry. Correspondence address: Platanová 404/5, 040 01 Košice. Send questions about your data to [email protected]. This address is not for in-person visits.
The contact form collects your email, phone number and, optionally, your name and message. The car insurance form also collects the vehicle type, selected cover, vehicle value and registration plate where provided, total mileage and optional annual mileage, your name and confirmation that you have read this information. These details are used to prepare and explain an insurance comparison. I need both your email and phone number to contact you and send options relevant to your request. This involves handling your enquiry and taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Submitting a form does not constitute consent to marketing or conclude a financial product contract.
Formspree handles technical delivery of the form. Data may also be processed outside the EEA; the provider sets out the specific terms and transfer mechanisms in its privacy policy. If you prefer not to use the form, you can call or email me directly. Do not send sensitive data, personal identification numbers, health information or documents through the form.
Formspree privacy policy ↗I keep your enquiry while handling it and then only for as long as necessary for the purpose of the communication or to meet a legal obligation. You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Where applicable, you may also request data portability and object to processing. Send your request to the email address provided. You have the right to complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. If we enter into a regulated business relationship, you will receive the relevant separate information about data processing.
The website does not load analytics, advertising pixels or an embedded map. Site files are served by its hosting provider. The contact window opens only when you click it. I do not save unfinished form data in browser storage. Clicking a Google or WhatsApp link takes you to a service with its own terms.
I’ll call you and also send the specific options by email.
